We offer a 60-day wear test period. If you are not completely satisfied with the comfort and fit of your shoes, you can return them for a full refund, no questions asked, even if they have been worn outdoors.

Orthofeet shoes come in multiple widths, including Wide and Extra Wide. We recommend using our online sizing guide or checking the specific fit notes on the product page to ensure the best support for your foot shape.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Are Orthofeet shoes compatible with custom orthotics?
Yes, most of our footwear features removable insoles and extra depth, making them perfectly suited to accommodate custom orthotics or prescribed inserts.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
To start a return or exchange, visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code. We provide a prepaid shipping label for all domestic returns within the 60-day trial period.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear?
All Orthofeet products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
