Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal to ensure your return is tracked and processed quickly.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a shipping box, attaching the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
